4. Payment & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of this program—which includes scheduled group coaching, educational content, and access to live services—all payments are non-refundable once access to the program materials or sessions has been granted.
By enrolling, you acknowledge that the service begins immediately and that you waive your right to a 14-day cancellation period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
If you select a payment plan, you remain responsible for completing the full balance regardless of participation or early withdrawal. Failure to complete payments may result in program access being revoked and recovery action being taken for outstanding amounts

5. Confidentiality & Privacy

2. Payment & Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable, as you will receive personalised services and materials shortly after booking.
By purchasing, you acknowledge that the service begins immediately, and you waive your right to the 14-day cancellation period under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
You may reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours in advance.
Missed appointments or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled time are not eligible for refund or rescheduling.
